Effective management skills including ability to motivate people

Ensure team receives the training on the skills and knowledge to proficiently perform the role.

Collaborates with other Operations Team Managers and senior management across internal operations departments to resolve problems or enhance processes.

Provides functional area expertise, oversight, problem resolution, training, analysis, and reporting as required across a variety of group responsibilities.

Strong customer service orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Two years of demonstrated experience teaching/tutoring writing, including assisting English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners with writing skills

Providing subject matter training to others as requested by the Manager

Preparing reports as requested by the Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or other related field

TESL Ontario Certification or equivalent is considered an asset

Exceptional interpersonal and teaching skills with sensitivity to student’s learning, language, and emotional barriers

Support Senior Director of Knowledge Management as required.

Participate in the hiring process for new Knowledge Management employees.

Excellent planning, coordination, and time management skills

Experience collaborating with other stakeholders to manage projects and design technical communication deliverables

Collaborate with project stakeholders to assess documentation resource requirements.

Manage a team of direct reports, including coordination of day-to-day activities.

We equip students and families with the information and tools they need to make informed educational decisions.

Degree in English or related field (history, education, creative writing, etc.)

Knowledge of the Canadian, UK, and US post-secondary admissions processes

Experience in professional and academic writing

Experience teaching small group sessions and/or familiarity with adolescents and tutoring

4+ years related work experience in related workforce - sales, account management, retail leadership

Account Management experience is required

Retail store or regional manager experience preferred

Work cross-functionally to deliver strategies across guest experience, training, arena brand experience, educator experience, and Marketing

You will work cross functionally with Community, Sports Marketing, Product, and more, on experiences and activations within Arenas

You provide onboarding with the right tools and training, including product education, VM, brand, social media best practices
