Set-up files for new clients and newly incorporated businesses, manage multiple files simultaneously and conduct inventory counts

Completion of, or working towards, a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration (accounting or finance major is preferred)

Completion of, or working towards, prerequisites for admission into the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) upon commencement of employment

Previous accounting related office experience is considered an asset

Customer service and/or client service experience is considered an asset

Vancouver General Hospital Foot Patroller

Surrey Memorial Hosp area. Driving Patroller.

Patrol Hospital Lots by driving/walking and ticket unauthorized vehicles

Strong skating skills and knowledge of safe on ice practices.

Previous customer service experience is an asset.

Paul Coffey Arena (Malton Arena)

Ensure that participants have proof of payment.

Check that participants are wearing appropriate equipment for the program.

Provide customer service to all participants.

Previous experience in winter works operations is an asset

Knowledge of OTM Book 7 is an asset

Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Perform road maintenance on highways

Emergency response to accidents and spills

Be responsible for traffic control set up, take down, debris and litter pickup

Must have strong Revit skills

Prior architecture internship experience preferred

Architecture Interns must be currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of an accredited architecture program

Familiarity with Adobe Suite preferred

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Collect and re-balance vehicles gathered at popular destination points

Move improperly parked vehicles back to appropriate parking areas

Patrol service areas, inspect and identify scooters that need repair and maintenance

Re-position scooters & bikes as needed for customer use

Interact positively with the public as an ambassador for the scooters

Knowledge of English is a requirement due to potential interactions with the Town's citizens.

Organizational skills and ability to set priorities;

Patrols residential, commercial, industrial areas and pays particular attention to patrol targets as determined by the Lieutenant;

Enforces municipal regulations, including parking regulation;

Provides assistance to school crossing attendants;

Checks municipal permits such as parking, gardening and snow removal;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Solid verbal and written communication skills (French and English)

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Experience at a public accounting firm would be an asset
