Ensure seamless event execution on the day of the wedding, including vendor coordination, timeline management, and troubleshooting any issues that arise

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field preferred

Develop and manage comprehensive wedding timelines, budgets, and checklists

Manage and reconcile wedding budgets, ensuring that expenses remain within budget constraints

Minimum of 3 years of experience in destination wedding planning or event planning. Wedding-related experience is an asset but not required.

Coordinate logistical aspects, such as vendor coordination, transportation, accommodations, and guest management.

Collaborate with the Digital Dream team to understand client requirements and event expectations.

Offer input on design and décor, including colour schemes, floral arrangements, lighting, and overall aesthetics.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Gain valuable experience in time management and communication

Create playlists and select music that caters to the preferences of the management team

Utilize the club's lights to create a visually engaging and exciting experience for guests

A broad knowledge of music genres and the ability to blend and mix music tracks seamlessly

Strong knowledge of sound and lighting equipment and how to use them effectively
