Must have knowledge or experience of developing and implementing marketing initiatives.

Creates and manages the information architecture and content placement using WordPress and standard HTML/CSS practices.

Develops and executes site and page content for mscanada.ca (via organization CMS) and supplementary sites (via the organization online fundraising system).

Develops and builds the email marketing content for all organization campaigns that use email marketing automation.

Works with internal and external MS community members to implement new web and e-mail technology.

Can design, define, construct, enhance and maintain application software on one or more platform?

Delivers technical support for software applications to users, diagnosing and resolving application issues?

Engages with digital technologies to accomplish goals and solve challenges in the workplace?

Experience with HTML and Content Management Systems (CMS) an asset or equivalent experiences in school or other role

Excellent organizational, time management, punctuality and customer service skills

Use your skillsets to troubleshoot Client Issues in a timely manner.

Previous experience in Mobile Application Support is essential

Working knowledge of Web Reservation or Online Ordering applications is required

Windows, iOS and Android troubleshooting experience is essential

Beginner Project Management Experience or certificate experience in Project Management

Time Management Skills a must. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.

Coordinate and\or provide Remote Training and Support via Internet to clients.

Customer service experience preferably in the software industry.

Outstanding communication skills (oral and written).

Strong Organizational skills a must
