Conduct cost/benefit analysis, create ROI business cases for endorsed projects involving process alterations, system, or cutting-edge technology changes.

Knowledge of MS Power BI, MS Visio & Project is preferable.

Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification is an asset

Maintain detailed knowledge of Manufacturing, Warehousing and Production Planning ERP processes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements, inputs and outputs to support application development, configuration activities and business reporting

Document and present technical requirements via system and reporting design specifications and as-built documentation

Promote knowledge transfer within the technology team and other business units

Establish the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of functional and technical requirements to create viable specifications and acceptance criteria for solutions

•At least 7-10 years’ overall experience at the leadership level

•Must have experience in third party logistics (3PL)

•Plan, monitor, and analyze KPI’s

•Key liaison with Sales and other business leaders to create a pipeline for customer growth.

•Annual review of customer contracts, determining and recommending annual increases

•Conduct regular coaching and feedback on performance for direct reports

At least 5 years of experience

You should be an expert in carbon fiber manufacturing methods in the bicycle industry.

Familiar with engineering software such as Alias, Inventor and/or Solidworks

Strong capability to impact and influence, negotiation skills and conflict management.

Participate to transverse missions: Master Data Management, User Access Management, Audits preparation.

Good organizational skills, ability to manage autonomously priorities and to report actively on progress & status.
