Warehousing And Manufacturing Functional Expert Jobs in Ontario

Skilled in developing and presenting ideas to management and executives.

Present & convey design proposals to all management levels, ensuring effective collaboration & agreement from all involved parties.

Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

Mastery of task prioritization & time management.

Conduct cost/benefit analysis, create ROI business cases for endorsed projects involving process alterations, system, or cutting-edge technology changes.

Knowledge of MS Power BI, MS Visio & Project is preferable.

•At least 7-10 years’ overall experience at the leadership level

•Must have experience in third party logistics (3PL)

•Plan, monitor, and analyze KPI’s

•Key liaison with Sales and other business leaders to create a pipeline for customer growth.

•Annual review of customer contracts, determining and recommending annual increases

•Conduct regular coaching and feedback on performance for direct reports

At least 5 years of experience

You should be an expert in carbon fiber manufacturing methods in the bicycle industry.

Familiar with engineering software such as Alias, Inventor and/or Solidworks
