Apprising Supervisor and Customer Service Manager of any non-compliant freight

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Industry experience preferred; not required

Daily inventory cycles, cycle counts; reconciliation of counts

Understanding of inventory management principles.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.

Collaborate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.

Proven experience in inventory coordination or similar role.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience;

Highly organized with strong multi-tasking and time management abilities;

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service;

In-house and 3PL warehouse site management;

Providing updates on deliveries to general management;

Complete order management, procurement, expediting, updating information in business system and status reports;

Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse inventory management experience

Strong Organizational and time management skills

Knowledge and understanding of RF/WMS

Experience using a Reach machine or Cherry Picker as an asset

Daily interaction with external as well as internal customers.

Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence professionally and promptly.

1-3 years of inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment

Completion of a Supply Chain Management diploma or degree

Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets management/customers’ expectations and business timelines

Must have a valid forklift license and experience or have the ability to renew a pre-existing one

Previous experience in construction or related manufacturing industry is an asset

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaborating with other team members
