1 year of experience operating a Forklift

Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices

Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space

Pick, pack, and dispatch incoming and outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders

Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery

High school diploma or equivalent

Grade 12 minimum with strong computer skills, experience with material management software systems and warehouse operations experience; and

Accurate and timely data entry into the Inventory Management System to update material activity and status.

Experience with SAP and specifically the Defense Resource Management Information System (DRMIS).

Support KPIs for the role in coordination with Warehouse Manager.

Supports activities to ensure compliance with ISO series quality accreditation and Defense regulatory requirements.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience performing similar activities within a logistic environment.

Experienced in chemical handling or operations environment (1-2 years) preferred

Experienced and proven performer in an operations and team organization

Forklift, TDG, and WHMIS certifications preferred

Perform quality tests to insure that all products and packages handled in this area conform to the specifications and expectations established.

High school diploma with a proven ability to learn and adapt to an operations workplace environment

Must have experience driving a Fork Lift Truck

Previous experience in a factory setting or working shift

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Work in an industrial environment with varying temperatures and conditions

Prepare and load orders on trailers for customers, KDC, and US warehouses.

Apply your keen attention to detail

Manage ordering process for all customer accounts under his responsability.

5 years of experience in a similar B2B environment.

Knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP an asset.

Analyze the customer's sales activity and propose inventory adjustments based on agreed-upon targets.

Synchronize customer's database with ours on a regular basis, so as to avoid any order errors.

Support post-sales activities (order expedite, delivery status, stock return, etc.).
