Warehouse Operator Jobs

49 North Lubricants is looking for a Warehouse Operator in our Lethbridge warehouse to start immediately.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Starting wage $18-$21/hr
• Advancement possibilities are available for the right candidate
• A part-time job opportunity where you can balance your personal life, school and/or projects.
• MUST be available to work 3-4 days a week (flexible schedule)
• Shifts for this part-time job are between 8 am and 4 pm (No weekends, No holidays).

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the accuracy of the orders picked and staged for drivers.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned
• Maintain neat and clean work areas
• Loading and unloading stock trucks in a timely manner
• Putting stock away in designated bin locations
• Input of stock and sales orders into accounting software

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• Valid class 5 driver’s license required
• Palletize cases, wrap, and load pallets onto trailers
• Valid class 3 license preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Experience in an industrial setting preferred but not necessary

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination for branch equipment
• Takes pride in his/her work
• Adapt to changing schedule
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg’s)
• Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective time management, punctuality and reliability
