Warehouse Order Picker/Reach Operator

Our WEST END Edmonton client is looking for an Order Selector/Shipper in their plant's warehouse. In this role, you will be operating a stand up Reach Truck, order selecting from racking and preparing products for shipment. Other duties include reading of WHMIS labels, creating local labels in the computer and using the computer's SAP system for receiving orders, interaction with drivers, ability to organize over 400 different types of drums of materials. You will be working in an often fast paced environment with a small team, so communication and attention to detail is extremely important.

Responsibilities
Order selecting off of a paper pick sheet
Computer use
Operating Raymond Reach Forklift to do most of picking
WHMIS label reading very important,
Ability to use SAP system for inventory in system - willingness to learn
Lifting up to 50 lbs drums occasionally
Qualifications
Must have strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
MUST have proven, valid certification on stand-up forklift and at least 1-2 years experience
Must have at least 2 years experience in shipping/receiving
Must be able to pass criminal backcheck and drug & alcohol test for this role
