Virtual Health Clinical Lead Jobs

Demonstrated leadership and management skills

Previous experience and knowledge of virtual care preferred

Baccalaureate degree in one of the Health Disciplines preferred or a combination of other relevant academic background and experience

Evidence of commitment to continuous education through pursuit of undergraduate studies or comparable educational endeavours

Experience with EPIC workflows, templates, reports and EMR best practices

Recent (8-10 years) relevant clinical and virtual care practice

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage a varied workload and problem solve.

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Regularly communicate program updates to stakeholders and senior management, providing insights into performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage changes in project scope, schedule, or requirements.

Prepare and present program status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

iv. Utilize current developed learning tools and processes to support a consistent learning experience to the customer.

v. Track and manage performance in the classroom and, if required, manage transition to team manager/stakeholder.

Basic understanding of the Canadian health care system.

Preferred candidates have recent experience in a clinical operation leadership role within a clinical area/program and change management training.

Function as a strategic resource for the Virtual Health and Clinical management team.
