Deliver Manufacturing Delivery Quality Operating System requirements for your specific Subsystem (Electrical, Powertrain, Suspension, Exterior, Interior, Vehicle Engineering).

Collaborate with Product Development team to generate facility & tooling costs, improve quality, and reduce labor requirements.

Computer skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.)

3D CAD review abilities (Teamcenter, VisMockup, CATIA, or equivalent)

Automotive Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred but not mandatory

Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive launch plans.

Conduct thorough pre-launch testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the eCommerce platform's functionality, performance, and user experience.

Document launch processes, best practices, and lessons learned to improve efficiency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to migrate historical data (products, orders, customers, etc.)

Interface with design engineering, production, and our customers to align requirements for certification of our products.

Knowledge of IPC-620/610, Experience with PCBA testing, handling ESD-sensitive materials

Manage changes and new processes from engineering or corrective actions, ensuring best practices are implemented across all teams

2+ years experience with high-tech assembly, testing, calibration (eg. optical systems, electronics, robotics)

Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), low-volume manufacturing, electro-mechanical assemblies.

Strong backgroud in electrical systems. Experience with inspection and measurement tools (micrometer, gauges, multimeter, oscilloscope), soldering and connector assembly, wiring.

Demonstrate Project Management, Continuous Improvement Methods (Six Sigma), Lean Principles for test equipment qualification.

Requires a significant high level of proven effectiveness with initiative, self-direction, self-motivated, and cross-functional teaming, and leadership experience is preferred.

Establishes requirements for highly complex test design projects and may lead a team responsible for establishing requirements.

Defines requirements for and may design complex new tools to aid in the analysis and solving of complex problems.

Bilingual Requirement Must be fluent in French Canadian and English

8+ years of experience in Electrical, Manufacturing, Computer Science Engineering or related field
