Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Extensive experience (8+ years) in UAT testing, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, testing best practices, and defect management.

Lead and manage the UAT testing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight throughout the testing lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define UAT objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Develop comprehensive UAT strategies, plans, and test cases aligned with project requirements and business goals.

Ability to perform team building skills that facilitate positive interactions among all members of the QA team

Minimum 3 years of QA Analyst experience

Minimum 3 years of UAT experience

Minimum 3 years of team leading experience

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Advanced communication skills (both written and verbal)

Lead UAT activities including but not limited to planning, execution, defect management, status reporting, summary reporting.

Create and manage a UAT plan for each UAT event.

Manages central repository of UAT documents, scripts, and materials.

Identify and manage risks, issues, mitigations, and action items to closure, as they pertain to UAT.

Lead and manage quality focused UAT test execution events, in alignment with UAT entry/exit criteria, timeline, budgetary and resourcing constraints.

Must have exposure to different clouds/modules of Salesforce.

An in-depth working knowledge of test management software, programming languages and QA methodologies.

College or university graduate (preference given to candidates with specialization in IT and/or quality assurance management programs)

Work as part of the global Client Experience (CX) team supporting colleagues and peaks in workload in other teams as required.

Previous experience as QA, UAT Specialist or similar role.

Excellent comprehension skills including understand technical documentation and providing necessary clarifications.

An in-depth knowledge of quality assurance theory, systems, and practices.

Experience working with a core banking system, lending origination system, or dealer account management system.

Provide implementation support on-site to impacted business units when required. Follow established issue management and reporting protocol at all times.

Schedule, prepare for, and facilitate UAT status and issue review meetings. This includes the creation and management of the issue log.

Conduct regular audits of the documentation and test results produced by the UAT Team and provide results to the Senior Manager.

Demonstrate active leadership, problem solving skills, and initiative.

College degree and 5 to 8 years of experience or;

5. Knowledge of Test Management tools like AML and Jira

3. Knowledge of Customer Connect application

2. Background in Wealth / Banking -

• TSYS, TS2 and TRIAD experience

• Credit card domain experience

• Additional credit card (issuance operations) knowledge will be advantageous.

• TSYS expertise required especially with test data conditioning in TSYS green screens

• Execution of test cases.

Collaborate and build rapport with Project Manager, other Business Analysts, US liquidity team, US liquidity risk and IT partners

10+ years of experience working at a bank doing data analysis

5+ years of Experience with conducting UAT on data intensive reporting implementations involving technology changes

5+ years of experience with VBA and SQL

Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills to facilitate working with colleagues at all levels of the organization

Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Experience with Fenergo or similar client lifecycle management tool preferred

Knowledge of banking, Capital Markets, client lifecycle management, KYC, client onboarding and AML

Follow established defect management protocols.

Ensure adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements (legal, compliance and operational risk)

5 to 8 years of relevant User Acceptance Testing experience within the financial services sector

Demonstrated knowledge of testing discipline including test case development, scripting, execution, results tracking, and reporting

Ability to perform team building skills that facilitate positive interactions among all members of the QA team

Interface and build strong relationships with internal clients and external vendors as they relate to Regulatory Counterparty Data Management

Build and mature working relationships with colleagues within Data Management and companies business partners

Manage the capture, measure, and report metrics on the dimensions of data quality that support business defined objectives

Provide data analysis and subject matter expertise

Develop/enhance regulatory data processes in response to new/existing regulatory initiatives and align these with the strategic view for Counterparty data

Develop automations for efficiency and accuracy of data elements

· 2 years of release management experience, ideally with UAT

· A solid understanding of project management principles

· Negotiate, plan and manage current and future release windows and cycles across multiple portfolios.

· Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.

· Experience leading or working with Scrum teams

· Significant experience in information systems operations environments or development
