Cafe manager required to support the General manager running this extremely busy operation

Assisting the General manager with administration, book work, payroll, health and safety.

Supporting an extensive hospitality operation, liasing with client and event organisers

The Candidate should have the following qualifications/level of experience:

Youth Counsellor and Café Manager will report on participant successes through qualitative and quantitative findings such as personal testimonials, job performance

Experience in the food service sector (including food security)

Experience working within project timelines and budgets

Order equipment and coordinate any retrofitting for the Café

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

Setup company-directed promotions and programs

Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
