Translator Reviewer Jobs in Nova Scotia

Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and related remote, work from home office equipment

Remote/work-from-home opportunity, candidates must reside in Ontario.

Experience reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege is preferred but not required

Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project duration depends on the project; opportunities vary from 1 week to 6 months; possibly longer

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Minimum of 2 years of translation experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related medical/scientific field

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French

Knowledge and understanding of Health Canada and industry regulations

Good working knowledge of business office software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer-assisted translation softwares (i.e. MemoQ)

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work harmoniously with diverse teams (cross-functional collaboration)

Experience or familiarity with the Phrase (formerly known as PhraseApp) Web Engine is a big plus!

Initially there is a section of roughly 1000 keys (approx 3600 words) that need sanity checking and translating (where wrong)

Collaborate long term for any new features to our site and platform

An interview with the product team where you can meet the team

A translation assignment to be completed and submitted
