Complaint Handling / Customer Service experience in the Medical Device / Pharmaceutical required.

Effective communication skills - both written and verbal English language.

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage workload.

Knowledge of common classes of vulnerabilities (ie. SQLi, XSS, overflows, etc).

Experience investigating vulnerability reports and/or reporting vulnerabilities.

Investigate reports of potential vulnerabilities in BlackBerry products.

Assess the impact vulnerabilities on BlackBerry products.

Knowledge of secure coding practices.

Knowledge of Windows, Linux and/or Mac operating systems.

Experience in presenting information to groups, directors, or top management

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple assignments at one time

Provide tier 1-2 administrative and technical support for Customer Experience solutions- CcaaS, CRM, Knowledge Base.

Prepare management reports and metrics as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering OR related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years)

3+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Network Administration, and/or engineering related fields

1-2 years of project management experience

Intermediate statistical analysis skills; experience with SPSS, Python, R, or other stats software

Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices with a willingness to evolve and grow skillset

3-5 years of related work experience

Intermediate (advanced is ideal, not required) Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills including formulas, pivot tables, V-look-up

Intermediate PowerBI or Tableau skills; other data visualization platform skills a plus
