Training And Engagement Supervisor Jobs

Conduct Needs Analysis – Identify training & assessment needs of shift personnel in conjunction with the HME Manager;

Participate in the skills development training and succession planning of Malian and B2Gold employees;

Transfer skills to the targeted national audience;

Higher Education Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Mechanics or Heavy Equipment Maintenance

5 years' maintenance and operation experience of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment (esp. CAT) working in a mining industry environment

Strong coaching and training skills

Experience in people management or 2-4 years working with Centricity Research

Performance manage respective team in all tasks assigned, i.e. ad caller metrics, database calls & community outreach efforts

Manage Ad Caller platforms (e.g., Autocruitment), provide timely updates, bring recruitment challenges to sponsor as necessary.

Bachelor of Science Degree or Minimum 2-4 years Clinical Research Experience

Post-secondary education in a clinical research program

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Knowledge of good labour/management practices including progressive discipline and positive reinforcement techniques

Work with the local management teams to create and manage training matrix for the department/location

Must be knowledgeable and be able to follow GMPs, Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements

Educational Background & Work Experience

Facilitate training and onboarding for newly hired associates and act as culture ambassador to support a positive associate experience

Coordinate with business partners, including Supply Chain Leadership Team, Training Specialists, Safety, and Human Relations to ensure associates complete all requirements

Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to identify training needs and goals.

Oversee the administration of the learning management system (LMS).

Provides direction and mentorship to Training Coordinator, who is responsible for coordination and records management.

Provides direction and mentorship to Apprentice Coordinators, who are responsible for coordination and records management for Valard’s apprentices.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role

In possession of an active AZ License with 3+ years of on-road driving experience

Superior computer abilities, with the ability to adapt to new software and make recommendations on software implementation
