On-call responsibilities may be required to work evenings, nights, and weekends.

HYBRID Role - 3 days onsite 2 days remote

• Fully qualified level role typically with ten or more years of directly related experience

Collaborate with Operations, Learning and vendor stakeholders as the Knowledge Management System administrator.

Supports the management (loading and upkeep) of the organizational knowledge management system (NICE CXone)

Participates in policy and procedure development to help ensure accuracy, consistency and clarify in manuals and published Knowledge Management articles

Proven planning, project and change management skills.

Completed or working towards Adult Education Certification

Demonstrated experience managing multiple learning/instructional development projects to meet time, cost and quality requirements.

5+ years’ experience in a consulting, learning partner, program/project management, or account management role

Take accountability for the end to end planning, management and oversight of the learning workstream of the project

Proximity with senior management and openness to new ideas;

Manage key project and business stakeholders to ensure expectations for learning on the project are surpassed

Ensure learning solutions are aligned with the desired Sobeys culture, practices, standards and learning experience guidelines

Secure learning vendors and manage the relationship with and performance of external resources to provide quality and timely work

Experience providing mentoring and coaching assistance and developing talent management and succession readiness strategies;

5+ years of experience establishing and facilitating forums and workshops for managers to share leadership experiences and challenges;

5+ years of demonstrating experience designing and facilitating one or many courses;

Experience developing programs about performance and development, diversity, cand growth mindset; and

Post Secondary degree in a related field;

Having worked previously for the Government of Canada; and

Sound judgment and decision-making abilities trusted by all levels of management

Answer how-to questions related to the use of the software and improve the customer’s experience through workflow analysis and optimization opportunities

1+ years’ experience delivering end-user training

Knowledge of MS Office and the Windows operating system

Dental industry experience strongly preferred

Experience providing end-user phone support is an asset

Sound judgment and decision-making abilities trusted by all levels of management
