Sf Time And Attendance Consultant Jobs

You have 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare and life sciences operational excellence, management consulting, strategy or policy development 

Strong Project and Program management experience to support results is preferred 

You have experience leading and managing teams including training, coaching and mentoring to build internal capabilities 

Experience with operations improvement is considered a strong asset

Experience with data analytics and analysis is considered a strong asset

You have experience with operations improvement including strong clinical workflows and operational processes across the care continuum 

Strong business acumen to provide credible, professional, and value-added services to management and employees.

Collaborate with stakeholders and union representatives to understand and address union-specific requirements, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the system is configured accordingly.

Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Time & Attendance solutions systems (UKG, Oracle, ADP, Dayforce, Workday, PayChex, etc.)

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with either Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems configuration, development, and support.

Ensure proper time management is set up, monitor and report leaves, shifts, etc.;

Responsible for maintaining our payroll system (fixes/new requirements, independently and/or with vendor support);

Manage regular and year-end payroll auditing and processing;

Manage process improvement, modifications, updates, and enhancement in technology to ensure optimal performance in the delivery of payroll services;

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, technically, inclusively and effectively with internal and external partners;

Experience with collective agreements, in multi-jurisdictional environment, is an asset;

Significant experience with the management of collective agreements.

Excellent time management, and organizational skills

Knowledge of current Canadian Legislative requirements and CRA regulations.

Experience with group benefits and pension plans (an asset)

Be the backup for the Payroll Manager

Project Manage the analysis, selection, implementation, and deployment of a new Time & Attendance solution

Candidates should be senior level or aboveandhave prior experience implementing this functionality.
