Job Description
Attendance Clerk-8hr (Rio Tierra/PC#251589)


Position Summary: Provides accurate monitoring, recording, and communication of student attendance at a secondary school. Provides information for use by others in preparing required attendance reports.


Application Deadline: 09/06/2023


Work Year: 210 work days per year


Employee Type: Full-Time


Salary: $20.87 - $27.63 per hour in 9 annual steps


Location: Rio Tierra JHS


Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week


Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).


Experience And Education


The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of general


clerical or record keeping experience or one year of the same in a school office.


Licenses and Certifications


Current (within 1 year) evidence of the ability to type 40 net wpm . May require a valid driver’s license. CPR and First Aid certificates within a reasonable time frame.
