Collaborative working with other departments and teams (R&D, Regions, Product Management, Quality, Global Supply Chain).

Minimum of 5 years in substation protection / communications, or advanced degree qualification, in lieu of less experience.

Ability to manage multiple customer support activities simultaneously using existing processes and management tools.

Experience with numerical protection and control devices and Ethernet network equipment.

Knowledge of cyber security concepts and standards will be an advantage.

Knowledge of Corporate Applications, such as Human Capital System (Ceridian), Learning Management System (Cornerstone), etc. and demonstrated experience working with SharePoint.

A Minimum of two (2) years project management experience.

Vendor management experience in a SaaS environment.

Leading applications initiatives such as upgrades well as changes and complex problem management, requiring multi-department involvement.

Ten (10) years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Strong interpersonal skills, with experience developing and fostering teamwork and facilitating team dynamics.

Act as a point of contact for technical escalations, present technical status updates, analysis and recommendations to customer and internal management.

Experience working with remote and vendor product support teams.

Communicate effectively and persuasively to varied audiences: technical, non-technical, senior management, in variety of settings

OpenText proven professional certification highly desired

Experience in RDBMS systems, application servers, troubleshooting and debug tools

Experience as technical contributor in a complex software development project.
