Building relationships with Resident Managers (RM'S), Caretakers, and Concierges in the Multi-Dwelling unit (MDU) market (e.g. apartments, condos, townhouses)

Providing reports and correspondence to the TELUS Channel Manager in a timely manner

Demonstrated knowledge of the drivers of business cash flow and how to apply basic principles of effective cash flow management.

Post secondary education in business, agriculture or related equivalent experience.

You effectively manage operational, regulatory & credit risk to ensure ATB's risk tolerance is adhered to.

1+ years previous experience in retail banking or commercial lending to small and medium sized enterprises.

Demonstrated some experience analyzing financial data and structuring credit recommendations.

Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of the North American Pipeline marketplace, Integrity Management, industry trends and current/future regulatory and legislative requirements

REQUIRED: Undergraduate Degree in STEM Field or Business/Management

REQUIRED: Strong negotiation skills and experience

Computer Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, with working knowledge of Salesforce

Articulates the features, benefits, and value of their full solution suite to prospective clients and industry influencers

Builds consultative relationships at various levels within prospective organizations and offers strategic advice where required
