Manage systems development life cycle (SDLC), status reporting, metrics and benchmarks.

Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.

Driving technical implementation IT initiatives and services based on College objectives and business requirements.

Owns the project management and tracking software including developing, improving and adherence by users.

Has minimum of 10 years experience (Finance or Banking industry preferred)

Overseeing the incident management process and team members involved in resolving the incident.

Leads the weekly CAB (Change Advisory Board) process as part of a release management team.

Experience managing technical incidents, whether as part of an on-call team or as an incident manager.

The IT Service Management team participates in On-Call duties on a rotational basis.

Leads and contributes projects to improve tools and processes related to manageability, observability, resiliency.

Experience in an IT Infrastructure/IT Operations Management role responsible for the strategic relationship with 3rd party IT Service providers

Strong knowledge and background in IT/technology such as Software Development, IT Service Management, Cloud Infrastructure etc.

Proven experience in following and contributing to a vendor management program with a defined framework supporting a full vendor lifecycle

Experience in executing Project Management best practices is considered an asset

Participate in business and vendor relationships and provide Vendor Management support

Ability to define and execute Vendor Management/or Service Management processes and procedures
