Working knowledge of OS Patch Management solutions, methodologies, and deployment

Previous technology consulting in a professional services organization, system administrator, or experience working within an MSP business in a technical capacity.

Strong Windows Server/OS experience; Linux and Mac OS experience is desirable.

Knowledge and/or experience with XML-based CMS or other content management systems used for structured authoring and content reuse.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Knowledge and/or experience with Adobe Creative Cloud design programs, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

In-depth knowledge of HTML, XML, Acrobat and Microsoft Office.

Previous working experience in interviewing to subject matter experts.

Produce digital support documentation for new product launches.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.

Required Education, Experiences & Skills

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with client objectives.

Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

Prepare and manage the schedule for splicing, terminating, and testing

Coordinate with project and construction managers to deploy resources into completed network service areas and complete splicing work

Maintain day-to-day communication with the Construction and/or Engineering Managers

2+ years of experience in OSP fiber optic fusion splicing and testing required

2+ years of experience in fiber testing and splicing using OTDR, Power meters, closures, patch panels, and fusion machines required

Good verbal and written communications skills, ability to provide clear directions

Project Management training or certification preferred

Establishes manpower requirements and assigns all duties for the HT&P jobs;

Schedules and locates assets required to support jobs and projects including logistical support and subcontractor and vendor qualification.

Provides technical information appropriate to meet customer and market requirements;

Five (5) years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the pipeline or oil & gas industry

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the pipeline services industry in field operations

Other duties as assigned by Department Manager and/or Team Lead

Strong communications and research skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Develop, coordinate and assist with special sales projects

Contribute to the sales team atmosphere in a positive manner by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members

Assist during games and other special events with promotional functions as required, including hosting and visiting customers

Experience in study design, execution, and reporting an asset

Experience working in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical and/or GMP facility an asset
