* Experience using Maximo Asset Management Software (highly preferred)

* Experience interpreting and analyzing engineered drawings

* Intermediate level excel skills

* Experience analyzing and consolidating data from various sources

* Knowledge of pipeline and gas industry would be an asset

Basic understanding of project management

Provide remote customer support to field based clients to rectify any issues they may have

Monitor Westgen’s IoT remote monitoring platform for data and unit performance

Engineering degree, technical diploma or equivalent work experience

Comprehensive understanding of wellpad electrical and mechanical operation and typical designs and/or hands-on experience with oil and gas facilities

Previous experience with Acumatica or Spira

Quality Control of Technical records management, ensuring task cards are closed with proper detail

Support to the Managing Director for Data Entry as required

Prioritizing work and organizational skills

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure safe and compliant outcomes

The Technical Records Clerk May Also Assist With

Work package and task card creation

Demonstrated experience in admissions management, enrollment management, and student record management

Ensures that student orientations provide up-to-date information and documentation requirements are met

Assists successful graduate applicants with program registration and other requirements

2 years post-secondary education with a preference for a Business Administration Degree

At least 5 years of related experience

Analytical calculation skills to ensure accurate calculation of prediction indicators by applying mathematical formulas to unique GPAs and LSAT scores

Strong organizational and time management skills

Data analysis and reporting to support management decision making.

Working knowledge (experience preferred) of machining and hydraulics.

Drafting/modeling experience (competent in Solid Edge or equivalent drafting software)

Demonstrated ability to absorb new knowledge and incorporate it into work execution.

Demonstrated skills using measuring (to 0.0005” and surface finish equipment)
