Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office is a requirement

o Assist client's Asset Management team in tracking Hardware and Software installed and removed

Identify and leverage manufacturer and supplier resources to help facilitate customer requirements

Experience working with an online product catalog or similar customizable tool

Experience working in a customer-facing IT role, using ITSM systems and/or providing IT hardware procurement or implementation support

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Document management within the technical team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience and proficiency working with the MS Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Teams, and SharePoint.

Responds to queries raised by the project team and elevates as appropriate.

Supports the administration of technical consulting contracts including review of activities, hours and associated expenditures.

Develops and maintains a tracking system to ensure all technical correspondence, communications and submissions are documented and distributed.

Experience Supporting and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g. Program Management, Engineering, Finance, etc.) to achieve mutual goals

2+ years experience with vendor and/or project management

Improve and optimize internal/external processes and workflows related to onboarding and resource management

Communicate all issues to management prior to reaching critical status

Experience working in a software field or with a software company
