Experience with BI tools; Tableau considered an asset

As part of your responsibilities as a Systems Operator, you will:

Understanding of Active Directory and mobile device management.

Experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role including management tools such as Intune

Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking

Monitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency

In-depth knowledge of transmission system planning and/or operations

Industry experience performing transient analysis using PSCAD or EMTP

Great English written and spoken communication skills are required.

Experience evaluating transient stability of large transmission systems using PSS®E, TSAT, or PSLF
