Support the deployment of third-party custom-made XR experiences at all campuses.

Manage all XR deployment content on an integrated learning platform.

Manage the GitHub account for versioning and merging of XR code.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with databases (ie- Experiential Learning Management Systems, Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems)

Posts placement opportunities for students using the college’s learning management system and experimental learning management system systems

Familiarity with contract management, policies, process documentation, and occupational health and safety protocols

Contacts employers to confirm specific requirements and availability for student placements

Screens student resumes ensuring requirements are met for employers

Tracks student interview progress and placement offers

Fulfills academic and administrative Service Requests logged in Cherwell either remotely or onsite.

Provides remote support using remote support tools such as Bomgar and Teams.

Adheres to standards of customer service, as defined by the Manager, IT Service Desk.

A minimum three (3) year Post-Secondary education in Computer Studies, Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in technical support in a large-scale, multi-user networked environment.

Valid drivers' license and ability to drive Mohawk owned IT van to service remote campuses.

Technical and administration troubleshooting for applicants testing remotely

Meet, inform and offer solutions to research needs of the department

Be familiar with the following policies:Testing Centre Policy, Ontario Human Rights Code and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

Participate in regular staff meetings with the manager and team

2-year diploma in Office Administration, Education, or a related field

2 years of experience in a relatable role

Prior management experience and training; ability to train and manage staff

Monitor all social media activities and manage the work of the marketing team

Excellent negotiation, persuasion and organizational skills

High degree of problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities required

Excellent customer service skills and client relationship building skills

Advanced computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Access, Millennium, Internet research and email correspondence

Utilizes and maintains case management software to compile data and statistics, provides regular reports, informs program development.

Coordination and Administration – Wellness and Disability Management

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, or related role.

Supports development and maintenance of OHS programs.

Supports training initiatives including conducting research, providing content, supporting delivery, compliance efforts and calendar planning.

Creates communications and resources material for OHS awareness raising and injury prevention.

Develop technical skills in areas such as: compilations, reviews, audits, bookkeeping and tax

Set-up files for new clients and newly incorporated businesses, manage multiple files simultaneously and conduct inventory counts

Completion of, or working towards, a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration (accounting or finance major is preferred)

Completion of, or working towards, prerequisites for admission into the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) upon commencement of employment

Previous accounting related office experience is considered an asset

Customer service and/or client service experience is considered an asset

The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Use curriculum benchmarks and objectives to develop unique, hands on lessons that incorporate multi-sensory techniques and active learning experiences.

Run and support physical education classes

Help students develop and execute individual and school-wide projects

Use remedial techniques and strategies to support learner success

Build strong trusting relationships with students to facilitate healthy classroom dynamics
