Minimum one year related experience

Experience working with student information systems and/or relatively complex computer information systems

Experience conducting client assessments, including risk assessments and a demonstrated capacity to make appropriate recommendations for treatment, support, and risk management

Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing individual and group psychotherapy

Strong generalist skills with specialization and/or expertise in interpersonal psychotherapy, DBT, ACT, and/or other evidence-based practices

Demonstrated research and assessment skills related to program evaluation and assessment of client outcomes

Experience working autonomously and as part of an interprofessional/collaborative care team

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Very strong attention to detail, fantastic organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines

Knowledge of education and adult learning is an asset

Knowledge and experience with CMiC is an asset.

Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and provide reports to manager as required

Assist L&D specialists in needs analyses, curriculum planning, and design of learning experiences
