Excellent organizational, planning, reporting, time management and collaboration skills

3-5 years experience developing, designing and implementing creative and innovative non-formal learning/education programs.

Strong facilitator/moderator skills and experience – able to moderate programs both online and in-person with equal skill and engagement.

Excellent communication skills – oral and written – able to address audiences of all ages and experiences.

Assess, review and recommend any educational software needs, and build corresponding online program and resource support materials.

With support from Sr Manager, YEP develop and maintain annual YEP program budget, set yearly projections, etc.

Excellent data management skills and attention to detail

Manage program data collection, reporting requirements, and records maintenance.

Experience in school nutrition related programs (an asset)

Experience working with schools and school boards (an asset)

Food Safety Level 1 Certification (an asset)

Valid provincial driver's license as well as access to a reliable vehicle, and First Aid certification is an asset (training provided).

University degree (or equivalent) in project management, business, education or a related discipline

Project Management certification or designation (Project Management Professional / PMP or other equivalent)

2-4 years of previous experience in project management

Experience using project management tools and software

A post-secondary education in Career and Work Counseling, Adult Education, or a related field and/or 5 years directly related work experience

Education: High school Diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Previous experience in a Petroleum Refinery field would be a strong asset.

Manage project scope, including analysis of current state, and identification of key activities linked to risk and compliance requirements

Apply project and change management principles to project planning and operations

5+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on compliance and policy development

Experience in retail and understanding of the unique needs across across multiple business units (i.e. stores, GEC, DC, SSC, etc.)
