Serve as a leader on the Strategic Finance team to help drive Tia’s business strategy

7-9 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or as a financial analyst / associate at a fast-paced, high-growth startup

Preferably an undergraduate degree in finance, business, accounting, math or economics

Highly adept at financial modeling (advanced Excel skills are a must)

Experience in healthcare preferred, with extra credit for PC / MSO exposure

Minimum three (3) years' experience clinical procurement or five (5) years of procurement experience is required

Experience with procurement process is required

Conduct strategic supplier relationship management, risk analysis and compliance

Conduct vendor negotiations, review contracts, and work with Legal on contract management

Oversee critical supplier relationship management and contract management processes

Work with Operations and Finance to ensure that solutions best satisfy project requirements

Manage, coach, develop, and mentor a team of category managers

Implement policies and procedures to support and improve our procurement processes
