Operating Funded Salary Range - $59,408 to $82,223 per year Grade

Location is Hybrid remote in BC or AB with occasional travel onsite each month in BC.

Contract term is 22 months

MUST have led Communications for IT projects

• Works with Communications Advisor from Corporate Communications to align on messaging, methods, and other communications initiatives

• Executes the communication plan and activities; supports others responsible

• Creates content for a wide variety of digital and print media for internal and external communications

You have exceptional communication skills with hands-on experience with strategic communications principles, tactical planning, and program implementation

Manage multiple projects and budgets concurrently from concept to completion

Manage freelance resources as required to complete projects on time and on budget

You have experience managing external crisis communications with demonstrated ability to de-escalate situations and navigate teams to successful outcomes

You have experience working at a startup or high-growth environment

Pitch Relay to secure earned and sponsored media placements of Relay with the goal of driving awareness and supporting growth targets

5+ years people management/leadership experience.

5+ years’ experience in presale/sales engineering for Telco and/or cable operators (middle and high management levels).

Experience in sales/account management an advantage.

You will foster innovation, deliver thought leadership sessions, and provide ongoing feedback to PBG product management.

5+ years’ experience in requirements and analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.

You will leverage the technical knowledge and work product across the division in order to accelerate sales campaigns.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

Recommend organizational requirements to scale and sustain the ESG program

Post-secondary education in a related field

5+ years experience with ESG concepts and frameworks

Hands-on experience managing ESG-related functions

Strong working knowledge of ESG reporting standards and frameworks (i.e. GRI, SASB, TCFD), and ESG rater expectations

With the guidance of the Organizational Change Management Lead, is responsible for all Program and specific project phase communications deliverables

Location is Hybrid remote with occasional travel to the BC interior

COMMUNICATIONS LEAD EXPERIENCE ON MULTIPLE LARGE SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATIONS

Works with Communications Advisor from Corporate Communications to align on messaging, methods, etc.

Develops and owns the communication strategy for the Program and specific project phases (approach, audiences, methods, key messaging, roles, etc.)

Develops and owns the communications plans for the Program and specific project phases (campaigns, events, audiences, purpose, channels, etc.)

Experience working effectively at all levels in an organization, has adept relationship management and credibility building skills.

Post-secondary degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources or Education

PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation or equivalent

3-5 years experience in Change Management executing change management plans on a large project, preferably using the PROSCI methodology

· Graduate degree in Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or Education

Develop the change management plans and deliverables: stakeholder assessments, communications plan, sponsorship roadmap, coaching / training plan and resistance management plan

Leading internal, external, change management, employee engagement, benefits/value, and implementation-focused communications projects.

Providing strategic advice, planning, project management and tactical support, as needed

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

A Degree in public relations / communications (or similar) and a minimum of 7 (seven) years of related experience.

Direct experience as a communications leader on major, complex projects (ideally within health care)

Direct related experience in communication research, planning, execution, and measurement (ideally within healthcare)
