5+ years of relevant work experience in product management

Product management experience within healthcare settings

Contribute to the strategizing, planning, and execution of the Product Management team for Teladoc Health Canada

Manage key project risks and issues, including appropriate escalation to sponsors and leadership to include product management, commercial, clinical, and operations

Self-starter mentality with experience working with remote teams

Proactively manage and prioritize analysis and facilitation activities across key project initiatives

Candidates will possess good analytical capabilities, be organized and able to work many tasks at the same time.

Experience in coaching and mentoring team members

Strong engagement and communication skills

Prior experience working within the software solutions space

Prior experience as a Solution Engineer in an Individual Contributor capacity

Prior SE CRM Solution experience

Professional Experience. 5+ years of learning program management, communications program management, operations program management, project management, and/or business analysis experience

Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables and serve as an SME on behalf of the Customer Experience department

Rockstar presentation skills. Experience facilitating, engaging, and communicating with stakeholders and subject matter experts

Manage complex projects which may span multiple lines of business

Customer Savviness. Excel at building long-term customer relationships, great interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Confidence to converse with senior decision-makers

Use research strategy and implement specific research methodologies to collect required business data
