1-2 years' experience in brand management

Gain hands-on experience in social media marketing for a dynamic education consultancy.

Manage the delivery of user satisfaction surveys and report on results using data visualization software

You possess excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including data analysis

Your organizational skills are commendable, and you approach your work with a methodical and structured approach.

You are skilled in Excel, Data Cleaning and Wrangling and with tools like OpenRefine

The key accountabilities for the Client Strategy Manager

Have real work experience in / and a keen interest in the purpose / social impact space;

Excellent communication skills, both as an author and a presenter.

Located in the GTA or within close proximity for travel to the Public Inc Toronto office;

Strong strategic thinker with a genuine curiosity about people and social/environmental issues;

Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in overseeing projects and multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Demonstrated proficiency with apps in Google Workspace and experience in content management systems.

Knowledge of social issues and experience working in the nonprofit, government, or social sector.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

Provide guidance, support, and technical assistance to partner organizations and stakeholders, promoting capacity building and knowledge sharing;

At least 7 years relevant work experience.

Education related to corporate community investment, not-for-profit program management, and/or marketing and communications.

Strong skills in client service and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in a corporate setting.

Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn other programs including sponsorship software.

Experience using Benevity and/or GrantStream (Grants by Benevity) software is an asset.
