1+ years of experience as a Skilled Labourer in construction or a related field

Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools and own tool belt

Perform tasks that involve heavy lifting, bending, and carrying of materials and equipment

Set up and operate various tools and equipment used in construction sites such as saws, drills, and other machinery

Strong problem solving, organizational, prioritizing and time management skills

Potential to receive trades training & certification

2+ years experience in building construction or renovations

Knowledge of construction principles and methods

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Direct hire for long term work

Previous experience or the completion of a relevant apprenticeship is preferred

Ability to use a wide variety of tools

Capable of working well with minimal supervision

Schedule 14 x 7, hour days (paid for 11.5 hours). 14 days on, 7 off. 14 nights on, 7 off.

Experience in fabricating insulated panel buildings.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing role.

Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment in all areas of the plant, including live end production.

Plumbing and machine upgrades in order to meet daily production targets and ensure a safe work environment.

5th Class Power Engineer ticket for boiler operations would be an asset.

All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Loading and unloading construction materials.

Operates hand and power tools.

Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.

Must have 3+ years previous labouring experience in an heavy industrial setting

Rigging and hoisting experience and ticket is an asset.

Must possess valid CSTS (Construction Safety Training Systems) certification

Experienced applicants that reside in Leroy, SK or surrounding areas will be given preference due to the location of this project

Provide general clean up and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of work area

Act as a spotter and flagger for heavy equipment operators

Experience operating a skid steer is a definite asset

Previous industrial experience is an asset

Read and understand site-specific instructions prior to each shift

Must have valid safety tickets

Ensure a safe team environment

Adhere to all company and worksite safety and quality processes and procedures
