Role:
Sunrise Poultry Processors Ltd. in Lethbridge is currently looking to hire a 5th Class Power Engineer with welding experience to join our team. We're looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and who thrive in a team-oriented environment. Successful candidates will have prior experience in the a factory environment.
Responsibilities:

• Boiler Checks
• Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment in all areas of the plant, including live end production.
• Equipment Installation
• Welding
• Plumbing and machine upgrades in order to meet daily production targets and ensure a safe work environment.
• Electrical
• Troubleshooting issues
• Fabrication

Requirements:

• 5th Class Power Engineer ticket for boiler operations would be an asset.
• All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with food industry experience is an asset.
