3 to 4 years of experience

Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with analytical tools such as PowerBI is a plus.

Develops KPI targets with client management and guides site teams to meet targets

Leads monthly or quarterly stewardship meetings with client management team to review KPI performance and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensures performance management of employees is applied in a fair and consistent manner.

Thorough knowledge of craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, cost control schedules and safety requirements.

Manages financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company and client’s interest.

Manages procurement and subcontract administration functions of the project and ensures these functions are performed per company standards.
