Ensure the suites meet all Store Readiness requirements including overall maintenance and housekeeping

Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

Schedule all appointments and maintain calendar of Personal Shopper

Review and handle all correspondence including drafting of and producing official client invitations

Maintain Personal Shopper client profiles and information, track and interpret data to ensure accuracy

Prepare and coordinate materials and merchandise for all client appointments ensuring standards are maintained

Broad working knowledge of comics in general

SEO and Google Analytics knowledge

Heavy Truck industry and/or mechanical knowledge and experience is preferred

Manage invoice payments and files

Minimum two (2) years Administrative experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of basic computer applications

Previous OEM Service experience an asset

Supporting program and project managers to clearly demonstrate the cause and evidenced rationale behind any RFP requirements

Demonstrated capability to work with Senior Management Team and Executives

Experience preparing RFPs in partnership with clinical, finance and procurement colleagues

Identify the evidence and supporting information needed to link RFP requirements to stakeholder and vendor inputs

Provide guidance and advice to program teams on the requirements and development of RFP requirements

Liaise with clinical stakeholders and program resources, where required, to support RFP requirement delivery

Ensure the suites meet all Store Readiness requirements including overall maintenance and housekeeping

Great problem-solving skills and perseverance

~60% - Getting hands-on with products and forming an original, informed opinion. This may include:

Researching products by attending press briefings, conducting calls with brands, and good ol’ fashioned Google

~20% - Writing video scripts for hosts to read

~5% - Writing instructions for the camera/editing team for the visuals that accompany your script (on-the-job training provided)

Able to use customer relationship management software to record and track progress
