Degree or Diploma in Business or Management or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

Ability to use and learn Warehouse Management System.

Monitor aged inventory and work with Materials Manager locate/stage and flag ageing inventory.

Manage CHEP incoming and outbound.

Back up for shipping Manager.

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sshipping and/or receiving supervisor role required.

Extraordinary guest service, organizational and time management skills 

Acts as the resident ‘expert’ on all customs requirements, shipping declarations and packaging specifications

Coordinates Remote Pick Up Process with vendors within Canada, US and Internationally 

Manage and order shipping supplies and any equipment as necessary

Minimum one year of experience in shipping & receiving

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Complete other duties as directed by supervisors and management teams

Complete replenishment requirements as directed

At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment

Shipper – Ensure package is accurate to order; pack items to prevent loss or damage;

Warehouse – general warehouse duties, physical storing and distribution of materials

Daily liaison for customer service/shipping/receiving/RMA/etc. issues

Competitive wage starting at $17-20/hr, experience dependent

You manage special customer orders or holds and connect with our customers when they come in.

You've done this before! 2 years experience in a similar shipping & receiving role

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

The successful candidate can expect to work 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday (subject to change)***
