Shipping & Receiving Team Member

• The successful candidate can expect to work 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday (subject to change)***

Regular Store Hours:

Mon – Sat 8:00am – 8:00pm

Sun 9:00am – 7:00pm

SHIPPING & RECEIVING TEAM MEMBER

As part of our team, you are part of the magic that keeps our stores well stocked and flowing. This role receives incoming products to keep our shelves stocked for our customers so they are able to grab what they need, when they need it. In this role, you get to see all the new products come in first! You are also the “go-to” for day-to-day invoice paperwork and product shipping questions for the team. This is your opportunity to put your passion for order and organization to work in our current space and as we manage the transition to our new, exciting, larger location in summer 2023!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• You take pride in a clean and well-organized workplace and keep the back shelves organized and clean.
• In other words, you will help others, share your knowledge on our amazing products, be safe, be a great team player and have fun!
• You manage special customer orders or holds and connect with our customers when they come in.
• You love jumping in to help ensure team members are supported and our products and store look their best!
• Paperwork is your jam! Process any paperwork or invoices needed as part of the shipping and receiving process at the store.
• You welcome delivery drivers and receive orders that arrive from our vendors and other Nature’s Fare locations each day.
• Attention to detail and quality control are your thing! Quality products are important to us and our customers so you make sure there are no obvious damages to the orders as they come in.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Like to have fun!
• You've done this before! 2 years experience in a similar shipping & receiving role
