This position has a mandatory hybrid working arrangement - 2 days in office, Tuesday and Wednesday.

No weekends! Minimum 3 weeks advance notice regarding assigned work shifts.

Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required.

Manages conflict - Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.

Serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the branch location.

Works with the Service Supervisor and/or Team Lead to schedule job assignments

Develops positive relationships with key customers; resolves customer concerns regarding Cummins' or distributor warranties; explain charges to customers

Monitors key performance metrics for the workshop, including labor productivity and customer satisfaction.

Support the Service Project Manager in pulling reports to determine how bulletins are being completed

Data entry for service-related projects to improve the efficiency and quality of our service departments

3+ years of maintenance and service experience strongly preferred

Equipment rental industry or construction field knowledge strongly preferred

Previous data entry experience is preferred
