Senior Transfers Administrator Jobs

Minimum 1 year experience in back office administration in a financial securities firm

General knowledge of regulatory disclosures; knowledge of (or willingness to learn) relevant federal and provincial rules and requirements

Actively participate in personal performance management and development, including coaching, training, campaigns, huddles and business initiatives

Advanced reconciliation and investigative skills: Strong working knowledge of ledger balancing and clearing entries

Advanced computer and typing/data entry skills

Requires expanded knowledge of Wealth and Transfers products/services/processes in addition to organizational awareness

Keep current on emerging trends and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques

Effective management skills including ability to motivate people

Ensure team receives the training on the skills and knowledge to proficiently perform the role.

Provides functional area expertise, oversight, problem resolution, training, analysis, and reporting as required across a variety of group responsibilities.

Works closely with the Account Transfer Manager on other special planning and departmental projects

Ensuring a positive client experience from all business units.

Strong customer service orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience creating readable, well-crafted, and maintainable code

Experience voicing customer feedback into product solutions (engineering makes substantive contributions to product definition)

Craft durable, well-tested code with an unwavering commitment to product quality

Learn to craft gorgeous, pixel-perfect UI and animations

Deliver features to tens of millions of customers, shipping at a fast and exciting cadence

Build new functionality into an app designed to provide real value to its customers

You have an eye for detail and strong time management skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry

You have between 1 - 2 years’ of experience in the financial services industry.
