Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Experience working with a team

Health Experience is a MUST. (BC Health)

Direct and oversee completion of project

Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan

3+ years project management experience

Liaising with other teams to ensure successful delivery of program releases and management of cross-functional dependencies and sequencing

Leading change management, communication plans and support with processes design.

At least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master

Experience with managing global teams

Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. A bonus will be work experience with SAFe

Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in technology project management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.

Develop and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including business partners, the Project Management Office (PMO), and the IT department.

Ensure that initiatives and projects adhere to their agreed scope and timelines, and initiate project change management processes when necessary.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as collaboration platforms.

Manage the intake of business requests for enhancements and features, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and overall business strategy.

Program management experience and or a PMP certification in good standing.

Ability to benchmark project management performance continually to identify potential improvements and increase capabilities in project and program management.

Experience implementing a customer relationship management system like Salesforce would be an asset.

Experience leading and inspiring diverse teams to work collaboratively in an iterative environment to achieve project goals.

Experience setting and managing stakeholders’ expectations by aligning project objectives with the broader organizational goals.

Lead full-scale project and manage development from beginning to end

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
