Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Business Management, Engineering, Finance, Planning, or related Real Estate field.

Lead a team of 2 or 3 individuals responsibility for utility and ESG management, process improvements and BOMA management and assessment;

Support the Portfolio Management team with data and assessments with regard to Smart Centre’s properties;

Fill in for Property Managers in GTA when the Property Management team is short staffed.

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels / departments within the organization;

Strong presentation skills at department and Executive levels;

Experience for Successful team facilitation/leadership or project management.

Responsibility of Facilities and building management functions.

Be a change agent, leading by example and coaching teams for Lean competency and showing the value and benefits of Lean

Minimum 10 years industry experience and/or Grid Automation experience.

Minimum 5 additional years’ experience in a Supply Chain, Manufacturing operations position.

Knowledge of manufacturing leadership disciplines including production planning, inventory control, variable cost productivity, fulfilment metrics, quality, and cost systems.

Experience with supervising staff, budgeting and program administration

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Candidates must meet Virginia DSS licensing requirements: college-level coursework in a related field or CDA required

Experience in leading Youth Development and Summer Day Camps.

A valid driver's license and a good driving record

Candidates must be responsible, enthusiastic, and able to direct children and staff in a positive way

10+ years of direct managerial experience and interpersonal skills, strongly preferred

Manage the operations and engineering functions at the property with the objectives of safely and effectively operating machinery and building systems

Manage a team of Critical Facilities Technicians (CFTs) and/or Managers across all shifts in a 7x24 operation

Working with your peers and the COO to determine appropriate team performance goals and manage those to completion

Manage contracted service work at the property, including understanding and developing the scope of service, bidding, awarding and administering any contracts

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience required

Must have strong communication and influencing skills to effectively manage study sites both remotely and face-to-face.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with on-site and off-site (remote) monitoring is required.

Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Experience with analytical/risk-based monitoring is highly preferred.

Knowledge of several Therapeutic Areas preferred.

Experience in Oncology, Early Development is preferred.

3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in operations management
