Accreditation as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified General Accountant (CGA) or comparable Investment Designation

Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with budgeting

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or Master's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration

Proven ability to analyze research, manage and work independently

Intermediate or better computer skills in the use of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills

We'll consider an equivalent combination of education and experience

Lead, manage, and maintain simultaneous research projects and programs, including WorkSafeBC's research grants and corporate grants program

A minimum of three years' experience working with statistical and epidemiological analysis and research methods

Successfully meet the legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act to work with children and/or vulnerable adults.
