Minimum 4 years to 10 years of experience in SAP PMO space.

A minimum of 4 years of SAP project management/program management experience, covering a minimum of 2 full-cycle projects.

An interest in staying abreast of SAP and project management trends

Define how the scope goals and deliverables of projects should support business goals in collaboration with senior management.

Experience project managing full-cycle SAP projects

Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable interacting with clients daily

The ability to effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.

Past experience negotiating agreements for capacity, traditional knowledge studies, accommodation and potential partnerships between organizations and Indigenous communities

Advise project staff on Indigenous engagement requirements, best practices, and opportunities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business or equivalent is required

Hands-on demonstrated expertise as a subject matter expert in advising stakeholders on Indigenous engagement requirements, best practices, and opportunities.

Working experience with SQL and knowledge of database structure/design. Visualization and programming skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python)

Previous working experience with data governance requirements is an asset

Familiar with data management and domain structure is preferred

Ensure business requirements are clearly, accurately and thoroughly documented and understood

Help identify data requirements based on documented business requirements

Manage and oversee the completion of Data Governance activities for AML NS/Risk Reporting projects

5+ years of experience in financial services and risk management projects primarily in business analysis

Experience implementing new, large scale risk management solution(s)

Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills

Support change management activities (documentation, communication and product demos)

Establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders (Banking and Credit), technology partners and other functions (Audit, Enterprise Reporting, Finance, Data Governance)

Document business requirements for validation with Business Leads and SMEs
