5-10 years’ experience in project management

Previous experience with system implementation and modification, process improvement, data management and reporting

Manage project scope by assessing requirement change, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.

Proficient in project management tools like Smartsheet, JIRA etc.

Create and manage project plans, deliverables and timelines. Factoring independencies and contingencies across multiple related projects and using best practices

Collaborates with cross-functional (Legal, Finance, FP&A, Clinical Operations, Data Management) departments on activities relating to vendors and business partners

Working knowledge of clinical trial functions, including clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, regulatory and drug safety

Strong time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Utilizes insight from data analytics and tracking tools to support vendor performance management and cost-savings initiatives

Works with vendors for to proactively manage risk, resolve issues and address questions

May manage/supervise and contribute to the training and professional development of staff

(3) RFP/RFQ/RFI preparations, negotiations, vendor contract management and administration, (4) project monitoring and control, and

(5) Preparation of various reports throughout project management life cycle.

Specific expertise and experience are required in the areas of:

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding customer expectations.

Post-secondary degree/diploma in engineering or construction management or related discipline (equivalent of education and experience may be considered)

5 or more years of project management experience within commercial construction primarily in Ontario, Canada
