Senior Project Designer Jobs

Work directly with, and take direction from, project managers and project designers.

A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist

Experience with cold weather detailing and North American wood frame construction.

Construction administration/ site review experience will be considered an asset.

Able to manage a number of tasks on multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code.

Ability to problem solve calmly, with excellent time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills

Assemble detail packages for interior and exterior details, by using existing resources and your own experience/knowledge of building design and construction

A post-secondary education in Architecture, Architectural Design or a related field

Great listening and communication skills

Experience working with Part 9 Buildings

Knowledge of a range of residential design and construction details, including wood frame construction detailing and building panelization

Your CV, highlighting your education, experience, and skills;

Work with our engine and toolset for quest and dialog scripting, writing, data management, etc.

Carefully construct branching, interactive narratives with an economic approach to dialogue choice and consequence while centering the player experience;

Strong storytelling and character development abilities.

Experience in open world game storytelling is an asset.

Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;

· Experience with Auto cad or Solid Works

· Basic electrical knowledge an asset

· Problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills

· Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets

· Coordinate and schedule the manufacturing staff

· Ensure that materials for projects are ordered and received in a timely fashion

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Complete design drawings and calculations that satisfy all the applicable code and regulation requirements ( ESA, CEC, CSA, Etc.).

3 – 5 years’ experience designing and drafting OH & UG electrical distribution systems.

Proven people and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.

Hybrid split week work from home / office model.

Assist in the preparation of design schedules, material / labor estimates, permit applications and construction packages.
