Create, maintain, and distribute reports to senior management that provide a clear understanding of business performance and KPIs.

Post-Secondary Education in a related field (e.g. Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or other quantitative disciplines).

Work cross-functionally supporting Manager with ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling that is consistent with TJX methodology.

Partner with other members of the Finance team to ensure consistency and integrity of financial data and processes.

Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in analytics and big data.

Experience of working with large data/ data management

Buying Analyst will also support in reviewing the Buyers areas of business and offer recommendations to improve business processes.

Three years+ of relevant work experience

Experience in forecasting trends with data

Knowledge of macro is an asset

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in financial management, reporting and analysis.

Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline (e.g. business administration, finance) or equivalent

Advanced or Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, pivot tables and formulas

Current knowledge of accounting principles, methodology and standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong Retail Finance acumen and experience

3 to 5 years’ experience in Planning, Allocation, Forecasting, Supply Chain or Merchandising

Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities, with a strong sense of urgency

Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

Possesses strong organizational and analytical skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, ACCESS)
