Senior Investment Performance Consultant Jobs

Manage the client ad-hoc queries process to ensure timely resolution, per client expectations and agreements

10-12 years of experience in investment performance measurement or related field

Strong knowledge of a range of asset classes, such as equity, fixed income and derivatives

Sought out for your knowledge of data management, BI tools, data mining, designing reports and dashboards to support effective decision making

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance

Experience working with a variety of stakeholders at different levels

Previous experience in call center environment and/or within a digital transformation team

Knowledge and understanding of global best practices in business intelligence tools such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, etc

Leveraging data to understand and resolve complex business challenges

Minimum 5 years of financial advisory sales experience as well as thorough knowledge of financial planning, products, policies, procedures and operations.

Post-secondary diploma/degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Support and/or facilitate the financial planning experience for the members

Provide coaching & mentoring to assist members of the team with skill development

Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework to all stakeholders including executive reporting

Background in Human Resources management

Liquidity Management - Maintain the liquidity and leverage reporting dashboard to ensure investments and strategies are maintained through market dislocation events.

Governance Support – Support the periodical updating of investment policies, pension governance documents and the business unit’s process documentation.

Compliance Monitoring - Monitor portfolio compliance against defined internal and external regulatory policies.

7+ years of professional experience in adult education and/or learning and development, talent development and/or talent management.

Highly skilled at impact and influence in order to present ideas and concepts to executive-level leaders for decisions and buy-in.

Excellent performance consulting skills with demonstrated capability managing stakeholder expectations.

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills.

Knowledge and skills in the areas of analytic tools, applications and systems of support.

Understands the principles of project management and demonstrated ability to create and lead complex work teams.

Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and work experience

Advanced knowledge of health care systems and Operational care areas

Excellent leadership, organizational and decision skills.

Expert knowledge to critically analyze evidence-based practices to inform strategy development and organizational planning.
